McDonald's in Brandenburg an der Havel

Very expensive !!! 2 bags of fries + ketchup = € 6.98 ?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️ !!! The fries were sooo thin! Can't recommend it to anyone.

At McDonalds this afternoon, things were moving fast, even though there were 8 cars in front of me. You like to round up ❣??

Fast food for everyone, even in times of Corona, they are there for their guests and try their best. It is currently only sold to take away and that is a good thing

Eternal queues for a fast restaurant ... It would take me 45 minutes from order to incomplete delivery

Very disappointing. There was no question about a toy in the Happy Meal, and there were no napkins to order. With the McChicken there was no possibility to get extra cheese on request, which is possible with other McDonalds houses and the McChicken consisted of 2 lower halves instead of an upper and a lower half.

Everything was as expected

Well, we're not that excited anymore. The food and especially the ice cream is getting less and less, and not to mention the prices that have become steep. And we haven't gone with children for a long time.

Great about ordering online. Picked up but the employee was slightly overwhelmed.

Entrance with data acquisition needs unbelievable improvement: a sodden, almost full sheet of paper on which I didn't have to fill out everything and the data of my predecessors "were perfectly legible, the service was very quick and friendly, the hygiene exit door full of fingertips and I forgot been clean. Luckily I didn't buy any food.

Last time I waited about an hour for the food on October 29th, 2020. After all, everything was complete when it was brought to the table. Sorry, but honestly. Fast food is different.

Orders went without any problems, the McDonalds was clean and the food was as expected, but the staff was not that friendly

Personnel do what they want, changes are not discussed but simply carried out without asking the customer. Hygiene and distance rules today are completely ignored or adhered to! The store was packed ... If you could rate this with minus stars, it would be minus 10 stars today. Note to the manager, they should train their staff again in dealing with customers! Because the customer is the one who decides and not the employee!

I was only there briefly in the morning to have a coffee ... I had to wait a short time, although nobody was there, but I was served in a friendly manner ???

Very long waiting times. The playground / slide is not opened, but inside you stand close together! Orders are often missing. Otherwise delicious, as one is used to from MC Donalds

I've never had a hot or at least warm TS here. You stand in line for ages and then get a cold burger. Even if you ask for a hot one, you get an old rag. Pity!

Friendly service but looking at the chips I am shocked that a large pack of chips is only half full ...... !!!!!

As always, the friendliness left a lot to be desired, but since it was once again very full it was understandable. Burger hot, french fries crispy. Supi

I rarely come here but don't have much to complain about. Tables could be cleaned better and the bees outside can be annoying. That's all.

A little bit far also always so full that you need to wait longer and they have big problem with the cola soda.. Since 4 months the cola without soda and not enough crushed ice

The only negative point was that there were no cards at the terminal so you couldn't pay for an order by card. Staff friendly. Furniture modern and clean. We recommend. The order came quickly.
